Within Australia
All shipping within Australia is a $12 flat fee for packaging and freight regardless of package size. This helps you predict your total outlay before getting to the checkout.
Outside of Australia
Shipping rates for several countries outside of Australia are listed. If your destination is not listed please email me the pieces you are interested in for a shipping quote.
Returns
Images online show as accurately as possible the piece you have selected and I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are disappointed with your choice please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The original value will be refunded provided the piece returns in original condition. The return freight is your responsibility.
If your piece(s) have been damaged in transit please contact me immediately with images of the damaged vessel (including the packaging).
